Trying to run headfirst into disability studies, after writing a paper about the importance of the gaze and trauma in relation to Titus Andronicus, has got me plunging down too many rabbit holes.
The “I Have Too Many Interests” Thesis Post
I am sending this email to my adviser with my annotated bibliography. Or, at least this is what I have so far, between now and its due date on 1 July. Maybe it’ll be longer by the time I submit it (hopefully not, for the sake of his sanity?)
The Obligatory Thesis Reading Post
I haven’t posted anything here and that’s my fault (I chronically seem to have no concept of time), so I’ll pretend to be productive and post what I have so far of my Master’s thesis list (and I probably missed several articles). I’m tentatively going to be writing in the realm of disability (blindness, primarily), early moderns, and John Milton (mostly regarding Samson Agonistes).
